As a result of this collaborative effort, the CEC has spearheaded several noteworthy initiatives, including the following:

The Green Guide for Sustainable Products.

For the benefit of civil society, over 100 products have been categorized based on energy consumption parameters.

Organic Agriculture Program (PAO)

Organic waste recycling in over 10,000 urban gardens in the city of Guayaquil for the benefit of the community.

Recycle Culture.

Private sector initiative to promote plastic bottle recycling through education, benefiting 200 educational centers in the city of Guayaquil.

Interinstitutional plastic bottle recycling program.(PETS).

Through a program coordinated with educational centers and public institutions nationwide, we recycled over 1.5 million PET bottles in one week, achieving a Guinness World Record.

A public-private partnership in Ecuador that is actively involved in the comprehensive management of used lubricating oils and their containers, through a collective system, this initiative optimizes various actions in the management process, effectively promoting the technical cycles of the circular economy.
